Before we move, we listen. Understand the key muscles involved in postpartum recovery and get a clear picture of where your body is right now.
Week 2: Breathe, connect, move
Begin slow, intentional movement while learning how your breath, core, and pelvic floor all work together. Small movements, big foundations.
Week 3: Stand tall
Focus on posture, one of the most overlooked and most important parts of postpartum recovery. Restoring good alignment means the progress you're making actually sticks.
Week 4: Find your stability
You've built the foundation, now we ask more of it. Your body will need to work harder to stay stable and controlled, and that's where the real progress happens.
Week 5: Strength in the real world
Train your stabilizing muscles to stay strong even when the load increases, building functional strength that transfers to your everyday life.
Week 6: Bring it all together
Your final week combines everything you've built into fuller, more dynamic sessions. Trust what you've built, stay present, and enjoy how far you've come.
Plus: quick relief sessions for your back, arms and wrists, and post-feeding tension, there whenever your body needs them.
