A safe, progressive postpartum program to reconnect with your core & pelvic floor, rebuild strength, improve posture, and return to movement with confidence.

Motherhood changes everything, including your body. You deserve a recovery that’s safe, clear, and guided by a women’s health expert, not based on trial and error.

🤱 This program gives you a live step-by-step return to movement, led by a physiotherapist specialized in women’s health and pelvic floor, who's also certified in pre/postnatal Pilates and has 8+ years of clinical experience. No overwhelm. No “bouncing back.” Just a structured journey to reconnect with your body and move with strength again.

🗓️ When and how it will happen:

  • Training sessions: 6 consecutive Mondays at 15:00 (CET), starting on January 12th, 2026
  • Q&A sessions: 6 consecutive Thursdays at 17:30 (CET), starting on January 15th, 2026
  • After you book, we'll send you the calendar invites (including the video call links) and a couple of reminders, so you have everything ready.
  • After each training session, we'll send you the guide for that week so you continue training at your own pace.

⭐ Who this program is for:

  • Any mom who gave birth at least 2 months ago (past the early postpartum period) and wants to recover safely, effectively, and faster.
  • It’s never too late to join: if you’re ready to reconnect with your body and regain strength, this program is for you.
  • It’s suitable for both vaginal birth and c-section, we’ll adapt the program to your own needs, worries and injuries.

👀 How the program looks like:

  • Week 1 - Reconnect & activate: assess the state of your core & pelvic floor and start activating
  • Week 2 - Strengthen: build strong foundations and control for your core & pelvic floor
  • Week 3 - Integrate: apply your core & pelvic floor foundations into whole-body movement
  • Week 4 - Align: refine posture, daily habits, and deep stabilising muscles through dynamic exercises
  • Week 5 - Advance: progress your strength, balance and control with more challenging movement
  • Week 6 - Consolidate & continue: bring everything together, review your progress, and get personalised guidance for your next steps
