We do not sell or ship physical goods. All guides and programs are delivered digitally.

After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing a download link for your guide or program. This normally arrives within a few minutes. If it does not, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@withinfemalehealth.com.
