Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at within.femalehealth@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory (https://share.google/fAuboeCSY5QS0hOOY).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exception for non-physical goods / digital content (e.g. ebook, digital guides):

As per the terms of service, there is an exception for the sale of non-physical digital content (like an ebook download). The right of withdrawal in this case expires early, since you expressly consent to the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal will expire upon the start of the execution (i.e., the download/access of the digital content). Within will provide a confirmation of the contract, including the confirmation of consent and the acknowledgement of the expiry of the right of withdrawal via email together with the access link to the digital content.
